About Sweepwell

Sweepwell is a matching and lead-introduction service. Sweepwell does not carry out chimney sweeping and is not a party to any contract agreed between a customer and a chimney sweep.

No guaranteed match

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a suitable or available sweep will be found. Businesses remain free to accept or decline each opportunity.

Business information

Business names and local information may be obtained from third-party services. Inclusion does not mean that a business has registered with, endorsed or been approved by Sweepwell.

Choosing a sweep

Customers remain responsible for checking qualifications, memberships, insurance, references, pricing and suitability before instructing a business. Sweepwell does not guarantee workmanship or the accuracy of statements made by a business.

Accurate requests

Customers must provide accurate contact and requirement information. Sweepwell may reject or remove incomplete, misleading, abusive or suspicious requests.
